NDT Level 3 Responsibilities provides insight into the activities assigned to an NDT Level 3 according to industry and Nadcap standards. Topics include NDT Level 3 capabilities and activities, writing a procedure, NDT certification requirements, and Level 3 responsibilities. Also included are a review of the true responsibilities, written or implied, in NAS410/EN4179 and the difference in expectations between an NDT Level 3 and a Responsible Level 3.
